This is a maternity cover supporting a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts. We need a Personal Assistant who truly understands the mechanics of a Hedge Fund and can hit the ground running.
The Role: Strategic Hedge Fund PA Support (Maternity Cover)
As the Hedge Fund Personal Assistant for this elite team, you will manage a very busy workload and act as a vital pivot point.
- Expert Hedge Fund Diary Management: Mastering complex, global calendars for senior Portfolio Managers.
- Global PA Logistics: Coordinating international travel, multi-stop itineraries, and visa requirements for a fast-paced team.
- Investment Integration: Supporting the team through earnings seasons, researching conference dates, and managing vital broker relations.
- Hedge Fund Operations: Handling data aggregation and special projects to ensure seamless performance.
- Confidential Support: Managing highly sensitive pre-market information with total discretion.
The Candidate: Requirements for this Mayfair Hedge Fund PA Job
To be successful in this maternity cover PA role, you must demonstrate:
- Hedge Fund Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or EA within a Hedge Fund, Asset Management, or Investment Banking (Buy-side/Sell-side knowledge is essential).
- Exceptional Organisation: The ability to stay three steps ahead in a very busy Hedge Fund PA role.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
