Hi! I am Amy Ferris, the Founder and Chief recruiter of Place Recruitment. I set up Place Recruitment to provide outstanding personal service to candidates and clients.
Place Recruitment is a boutique specialist recruitment company; I am very proud of the clients that I represent and want to find absolute superstars for the roles I recruit.
I specialise in high-level EA support across the investment sector and now in other industries. This is a personal service where I work 1:1 to get to know you and your needs/ requirements as a client or jobseeker.
A business is only as good as its people, especially when it comes to assistants and support staff. For me, it’s not only about matching the right people to the job; it’s about enhancing the productivity of our clients, which leads to a more successful business.
Initially, I wanted to be a showjumper, But somehow, I fell into recruitment. Outside of work, I have a beautiful daughter and three naughty dogs; I like to DJ in my spare time and hit the gym when I can. Enough about me I want to get to know you, so let’s start the conversation!
